Health care is an important part of keeping animals happy.  As a "mobile practice" (no hospital facilities), Dr. Chan provides vaccinations and basic care. We can handle many non-lifethreatening problems (itchy skin, ear problems,  "colds," goopy eyes, etc.) but refer you to full service hospitals for laboratory work, X-rays and anything that requires hospitalization.   We also encourage microchipping to make it more likely that you get your pet back if it were ever to wander off or be taken from your home.

We see mostly dogs and cats but can do nail/wing/hoof trims for other species, and can advise you about housing, feeding and common health problems of a wide variety of animals. dd  A holistic approach is used and referrals can be made to appropriate traditional and alternative health care specialists.

Please call (707)678-0580 to schedule an appointment or attend our monthly vaccination clinic held at the Solano Co SPCA the second Thursday of every month from 4:30-6pm.

Dr.  Chan works with The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy to provide anesthesia-free dental cleanings.   Contact them for prices and appointments  (http://www.naturalpettoothfairy.com/) Business: (707) 317-8131 Toll Free: (888) 508-9904 naturalpettoothfairy@gmail.com

When you have to make that difficult decision, Dr. Chan provides In-home End-of-Life Services starting at $100.

Animal Behavior/Training

Dr. Chan's years of studying animal behavior and working with a variety of species trying techniques from many trainers has given her the ability to help with many behavior problems.  For $50, she will work with you and your dog for an hour to address frustrating issues, including aggression.

Health care is an important part of keeping our animals happy.    We  must refer out to full service  hospitals when surgery or laboratory tests are necessary but  can handle many non-lifethreatening problems satisfactorily.  We do mostly dogs and cats but can do nail/wing/hoof trims for other species, and can advise you about housing, feeding and common health problems of a wide variety of animals. We also can help you with behavior problems in your animals.  A holistic approach is used and referrals can be made to appropriate traditional and alternative health care specialists.

For the sad time when an animal needs to be released from suffering, we can provide in-home euthanasia and private cremations.

Because many people find the technical language of their veterinarians difficult, we offer "interpretation services" and second opinion of the care your animal may already be receiving as well.  If the health issue is not one we commonly face, we will research it and either refer you or suggest a treatment or refer you to a practice that handles your type of case.  A simple opinion requires that you be registered as a client.  If you want a protocol for treatment alternatives, we require that your animal have been seen by our vet.

Presentations, reports, technical analysis and informational articles can be done on a wide variety of subjects. Click on the link for Consultation Services or Experience to read about our areas of expertise.

Proceeds from these services help support Phoenix Ranch and the mission of CETA Foundation
